Assistant Principal Mrs. Holtz Butler

Mrs. Breanna Holtz Butler began her teaching career in Grants Pass, Oregon, where she taught Social Studies and Language Arts. After two years, she moved to Delaware and spent three years at Fred Fifer III Middle School, teaching Language Arts and Social Studies. During her time at Fifer, she also served as the Social Studies Department Head, advised the National Junior Honor Society, and coached volleyball. In recognition of her dedication, she was named Fifer Middle School’s Teacher of the Year for 2022-2023.

Mrs. Holtz Butler earned a Bachelor of Science in History with a minor in Psychology from Southern Oregon University in 2015. She went on to complete a Master of Arts in Teaching at Oregon State University in 2017 and obtained her school administration certification through the University of Delaware’s Principal Preparation Program in 2023.

She currently serves as an Assistant Principal at Caesar Rodney High School, overseeing students in grades 10-12 with last names I-M.
