Mrs. Tracey Gross

Tracey Gross is an assistant principal for Caesar Rodney High School working with students in grades 10-12, with last names N - Sh.

Mrs. Gross began her teaching career in 1990, teaching middle and high school English at Northern Burlington Regional School District in New Jersey.  In 2002, when her family moved to Delaware, Mrs. Gross began teaching English at Caesar Rodney High School. From 2009-2015, she served as Caesar Rodney High School’s Achievement Liaison Teacher, focusing on teacher development, student achievement, and community involvement. During the 2014-2015 school year, Mrs. Gross worked as Fifer Middle School’s assistant principal.  Returning to Caesar Rodney High School as the Dean of Instruction in September 2015, Mrs. Gross helped to create programs to facilitate students’ transition from middle school to high school. From 2016 to present, it has been Mrs. Gross's pleasure to be an Assistant Principal working with the best teachers, staff and students in the state of Delaware. 

She and her family live in Magnolia, Delaware.
