Ms. Erica Foster

Ms. Erica Foster currently serves as an Assistant Principal at Caesar Rodney High School working with students in grades 10-12, with the last names of Di - H. 

In 1999, Ms. Foster-Farlow started her career working in the Caesar Rodney School District at W.B. Simpson Elementary School and as a Teacher of Children with Autism at the John S. Charlton School.  In 2002, Ms. Foster-Farlow started teaching US History and Vocational Studies as a Special Education Teacher at Caesar Rodney High School.  Ms. Foster has worked in education for the past 24 years, which includes 12 years as the Special Education Department Chair, 7 years as a Special Education Teacher, and more recently as the Dean of Student Achievement. In 2022, Ms. Foster assumed her current position as Assistant Principal at Caesar Rodney High School. She earned a Dual Degree, Bachelor's of Science in Elementary and Special Education, from Delaware State University in 1999.  She furthered her education in 2003, earning her Master's of Education in Secondary School Counseling from Wilmington University.
